| As a young researcher at Freudenberg I can combine my knowledge with very specific projects and applications. At the moment, I'm doing a research commission for the well-known Vileda brand, and I'm already looking forward to seeing how my research findings are incorporated in developing new products.

 | My decision to study business management at Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in cooperation with Freudenberg wasn't only influenced by Freudenberg's values. The mandatory study period abroad - in my case Taiwan - and periods spent in various departments showed me that Freudenberg is a responsible and cosmopolitan company.

| During my training as an industrial clerk at Freudenberg I gained an insight into many different departments including Accounting, Marketing, Controlling and Sales. Once I'd finished training I started working for Air Filters Customer Service. I was promoted to head of department after only eight years. |

I learnt so much in such a short time working on international projects with very different content and challenges, I could contribute my ideas and implement the solutions.
