Frank Müller joins TrelleborgVibracoustic from his position as Vice President & General Manager for TRW Automotive's Global Occupant Safety Systems. TRW Automotive is among the world's largest and most diversified suppliers of automotive systems, primarily within passive safety related products and systems. Frank Müller previously worked in a number of other roles, including as President and CEO at Behr America. He has a Master's degree in Economics from ESB Business School, Reutlingen, Germany, and Middlesex University, London, England.

Hans-Jürgen Goslar has been CEO for TrelleborgVibracoustic since the joint venture was created in 2012 and before that he was the CEO for Vibracoustic from 2008.

Lennart Johansson, currently member of the Management Board of TrelleborgVibracoustic, will end his assignment from February 1, 2015. The Management Board of TrelleborgVibracoustic will be reduced from four to three members, additional to the Chief Executive Officer, Norbert Schebesta as Chief Financial Officer and Jim Law as Chief Technology Officer. Following a transition period, Lennart Johansson will assume a position as Senior Advisor in the Trelleborg Group.
